Tic-Toc Murals is an Orange County and North County San Diego CA mural company established in 2000 by muralist and artist Seth Thomas. Seth Thomas is a graduate of one of the best design schools in the world, Art Center College of Design. After graduating Seth went to work in the theme park industry and for25 years he helping to design and develop rides for Disney and Landmark Entertainment. In 2000 Seth started painting murals and never looked back. Seth brings the same quality and experience and creativity that he brought to Disney and the theme park industry into your home or business.
